Mills Reef Estate Elspeth Cabernet/Franc Blend 750ml

Mills Reef Winery, established in 1989, is one of New Zealand’s premium wine labels. Their vineyards lie at the heart of New Zealand's oldest wine growing region, Hawke's Bay, and include the famous Gimblett Gravels.

This distinguished cabernet franc was made from ultra-premium grapes grown on their Mere Road vineyard, located in the celebrated stony Gimblett Gravels district of Hawke’s Bay.

This intensely perfumed wine shows great complexity of character with concentrated bright berry fruit and spice flavours, ripe supple tannins and finely integrated French oak seasoning. The finish is deliciously long and persistent.

Harmonious and drinking superbly now, it will acquire even greater depth with judicious cellaring.
